Return and refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason.

How to return a product
1. Send us an e-mail at support@orvito.eu.com or a WhatsApp message to +351 926 133 362 with your order number and the word “Return”.
2. We reply within 48 hours with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the product within 14 days of telling us about your withdrawal.

Conditions
- The product must be returned complete, with all accessories, unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- The customer pays the return shipping cost, unless the product is faulty, damaged or different from what was ordered.

Refund
- We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it was sent.
- Because payment was made in cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account you give us (IBAN + account holder's name).

Faulty or wrong products
If the product arrives faulty, damaged or different from your order, write to us within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos. We will send you a new product for free or refund you in full, including shipping.

Guarantee
All products have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under European Union law.
