Shipping policy

Delivery area
We deliver to Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, mainland Spain and mainland Portugal.

Shipping cost
Delivery is FREE on all orders.

Payment
Cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash when you receive the parcel. No card needed.

Order confirmation
After you place your order, a colleague will call you to confirm it, usually within 24 hours. Please answer the phone. Unconfirmed orders cannot be shipped.

Delivery time
- Processing: 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery: 3–5 working days.
In busy periods (holidays, promotions) delivery may take 1–3 days longer.

Tracking
The courier contacts you by phone or SMS before delivery.

Refused or uncollected parcel
Please only order if you want the product. The 14-day right of withdrawal still applies after you receive the parcel (see the Return policy).
